PoolQuoteHub connects homeowners in the Phoenix metro area with a licensed Arizona pool contractor. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we give it to. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.

The short version. If you call us or fill in our form, we pass your details to one licensed contractor so they can quote your job. We do not sell your information to multiple companies, to lead brokers, or to anyone else. Phone calls are recorded.

What we collect

If you fill in the quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, a short description of what your pool needs, and your email address if you choose to give it.

If you call us: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and an audio recording of the call. Our greeting tells you the call is recorded before you are connected. Arizona is a one-party consent state, but we tell you anyway because you should know.

Automatically, when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you reached us, including the search term or advertisement you clicked. This comes from Google Analytics, Google Ads and CallRail cookies and tags.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this service is not directed at children.

To connect you with a contractor who can quote your job
To let that contractor call you back if they miss you
To measure which advertisements produce real enquiries, so we do not waste money on ones that do not
To settle any disagreement about a call, using the recording

Who we share it with

One contractor. When you call or submit the form, your contact details and what you told us go to a single licensed Arizona pool contractor serving your area. Not two, not five. That contractor may contact you by phone, text or email about your project.

Once we have introduced you, your relationship is with that contractor and their own privacy practices apply to anything you share with them directly.

Service providers who operate parts of this site on our behalf: CallRail for call tracking and recording, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, and Vercel for hosting. They handle data on our instructions.

If the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand how people find and use this site, and CallRail to match a phone call to the visit that produced it. These set cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or calling us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details and call recordings are kept while they are useful for the purposes above, and no longer than three years, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

Do not want to be contacted? Tell the contractor, or email us and we will remove you.
Want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted? Email us and we will do it.
Do not want to be recorded? Use the form instead of calling.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your information. We will honour a request from anyone, wherever they are, rather than argue about which law applies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
